So you want to STOP feeling depressed and sad and you want to START being more of a go-getter?
You have come to the right place because I have just the ANSWER for you.
Number one, right off the bat – life is short, friends. Ain’t nobody got time to spend it all depressed and sad.
Number two, if you ever couldn’t get work done because you were too sad or blue, I have news for you – it is a very EASY fix.
I’m going to detail the easy fix to get more work done in my upcoming book Monk Mode.
Monk Mode details the entire strategy in a way that any human can follow. Until then…
Here are 3 key ways to STOP feeling depressed and sad.
And START kicking some motherf*cking ass like you’re supposed to do.
Let’s talk about how to avoid depression in three steps with the understanding that most depression is not a chemical imbalance, it is just feeling sad or feeling blue.
The 3 ways to STOP being depressed:
- Have a purpose.
- Move your body.
- NEVER be lonely.
Those are your three KEY ways to STOP feeling depressed and START kicking ass every single day.
Step #1 – Have a mission
It’s impossible to feel depressed when you have a REAL purpose in life.
It’s very easy to feel sad and blue when you don’t have a purpose.
When you don’t have a reason to wake up in the morning, then why even wake up at all in the first place?
So what you NEED is a mission in life, a purpose in life.
And I can’t tell you what your mission is. I ONLY know what MY personal #1 Mission is in Life.
But all I can say is that when you have a mission, you have a reason to wake up in the morning and you STOP feeling depressed or sad and blue.
The other thing: It’s tempting to just sleep extra, sleep more.
If you don’t have a reason to wake up, again why even wake up at all?
Sleeping extra causes depression, so it’s a never‑ending cycle.
It’s tempting to oversleep when you don’t have a reason to wake up.
The best thing you can do is actually get a little bit less sleep than more sleep.
More sleep causes depression. It’s not because you’re depressed you sleep extra. It’s BOTH.
You sleep extra you get depressed; you get depressed you sleep more. It’s a never‑ending cycle.
The best thing you can do is if you’re feeling blue is to wake up early as “F” every morning. Wake up at 5 or 6 every morning.
It’s very, very difficult to feel blue at five o’clock in the morning or 6 or 7. I guarantee that. So wake up earlier.
If you don’t have a purpose, it will reveal itself to you in time.
So that’s step #1: Have a purpose. And don’t ever oversleep.
Number 2 – Move your body
You get a thing called runner’s high but it applies to everything you do physically.
You feel good after you move your body or after you get some exercise done.
It doesn’t have to be exercise. Just go out and have fun. Climb a mountain. Have sex. Ride a bike.
It doesn’t have to be in the gym lifting weights. It can be ANYTHING as long as you just simply move your body.
But when you move your body, you release endorphins and you feel better.
A lot of depressed people are sedentary. It’s very easy to feel depressed when you don’t have those feel‑good chemicals in your body.
So you need to move your body every day an hour a day. And if you don’t you’re going to START feeling very sad and blue.
I had ‑‑ fuck. I had something wrong with my throat. I had some cabin fever or something. Not cabin fever… I don’t know. I had a sore throat for like two weeks in this desert air.
I got a nasty, nasty sore throat and a cough and I couldn’t breathe well.
So I couldn’t train very well for those two weeks. And guess what happened in those two weeks?
I started feeling very blue, sad, and depressed.
And I’m feeling better, out training again. It’s probably 8 or 9 in the morning. I’m not sure what time it is. But I feel great.
I feel a lot better because I’m able to move my body NOW instead of just sitting around. So that’s step #2.
If you’re feeling sad and blue, just simply move your body, whatever it is. Just go MOVE YOUR BODY.
And let those feel‑good chemicals into your body and you’ll feel MUCH better. This I can wholeheartedly PROMISE YOU.
So…
step #1: Have a REAL mission or purpose in life.
step #2: Just simply Move your body.
Step #3 – Don’t NEVER ever be lonely
A lot of lonely people mistake being lonely with being depressed.
“Well, it’s not my fault. It’s a chemical depression.”
No. It is YOUR fault. It’s not a chemical depression. You’re just lonely.
And that’s a real EASY fix, man. Don’t be alone anymore. That’s a REAL easy fix.
And if you’re having a hard time finding somebody or finding people, look at what the reason is.
Can you not find a girl because you’re overweight? That’s an EASY fix too.
Can you not find a girl because you’re shy? That too is a VERY easy fix as well.
Just find one online. Look at what the reason is and FIX IT instead of just feeling sad and blue.
Fix it. Fix the problem.
So those are your three KEY ways on how YOU can immediately STOP feeling depressed and START kicking ass in Life:
Have a mission. Move your body. Don’t be lonely. All right?
How do you do that?
Starts by waking up early every single day. Five, six am right in the morning.
Second step if you haven’t done it, get Break The Cycle.
One VERY important part of the Break The Cycle program is you have to wake up at five o’clock in the morning for 30 days, and if you don’t you FAIL.
So if you don’t have a NEW mission, your NEW mission is Break The Cycle.
If you find it hard waking up in the morning, that’s TOO BAD, man.
You’re only cheating yourself when you don’t.
Nighttime is the wrong time, man. Morning is where it is at.
So wake up. Move that body. Stop being lonely. And have a mission.
All right?
Three things. Have a nice day.
(Speaking off camera). Yeah it is. I’m sorry? Myself? Yeah. Oh, I’m casing the neighborhood. I was thinking about robbing it. Yeah..
>> FEMALE SPEAKER: Where do you live?
>> Well, I live ‑‑ I’m actually homeless. Sort of.
>> FEMALE SPEAKER: Okay.
>> I rent houses. I travel a lot so I just rent houses. So I’m renting a house in Henderson right now in Spring Valley. Then I’m going ‑‑
>> FEMALE SPEAKER: What kind of work do you do that you travel a lot?
>> I make videos for YouTube.
>> Hi, hi?
>> FEMALE SPEKER: He likes to say hello.
>> After this I’m going to go to Boise for two weeks. I’m going to travel to Dallas.
>> FEMALE SPEAKER: You travel a lot. You have a life, that’s cool. Do you need a dog? (Laughing)
>> I don’t know if they’d fit on an airplane with me. It would be hard to travel.
That woman I was just talking to on the street said something very interesting.
She was walking two dogs and one dog was in a little pram, a little baby stroller.
She said, “This one has a heart murmur. He gets tired, but I don’t want to rob the other one of his walk.”
And I thought, Yeah. If you’re not moving your body you’re robbing yourself.
Intuitively, we know that dogs need exercise. And we know that if we don’t give it to them we’re robbing them.
But if we don’t exercise, so what?
Whatever.
Wrong! If you’re not moving your body, even for just 10, 15, 20 minutes a day, you’re robbing yourself.
And you’re a criminal. Robbers are criminals.
Until next time.
Your man
